Assigning Permissions

The only configuration required is to assign permission sets, and this can be accomplished in one of two ways. 

I) By Permission Set: In the set-up menu, navigate to Administration > Permission Sets and you will see two permission sets: Process Analytics Admin and Process Analytics User, clicking on either of these, and then the Assign Permissions button on the following screen will allow you to assign the permission to the user.

II) By User: In the set-up menu, navigate to Administration > Users > Permission Sets, you can select a single user, then use the links at the top of the user’s page to assign them the permission set for Process Analytics Admin or Process Analytics User.

Both the Process Analytics Admin and the Process Analytics User have the same permissions inside the application. However the Admin can assign permissions to all users, whereas the User can only update their own.
