Hubbl Process Analytics is an installed managed package, all code and configuration lives in Salesforce. The application can be downloaded from AppExchange and installed in a few simple steps.
Hubbl Process Analytics uses the Field History Logs that are automatically generated by each object. When starting analysis, you will select a Salesforce object that you will be focusing on, for example the Opportunity object in Sales Cloud.
Make sure that the field history has been turned on for the objects you need to analyze. You will need enough history to show the full process, so if your sales opportunity life cycle is 3 months you should have 4 to 5 months history to capture the full process with enough full opportunities.
Find Hubbl Process Analytics on the Appexchange here.
Select the org where you want to install. If you install in Production, then Hubbl Process Analytics will have access to the field history logs. However, if you are installing on a Sandbox, the field history is not something that is typically copied over so it may not have data to work with. In this case, contact support@hubbl.pa to determine a workaround for this.
From the Package Experience installation screen select "All Users". From this screen you can also see the publisher and version information. Hubbl Process Analytics is a managed package that has passed the stringent Appexchange security review.
The “view components” link will bring up the full list of all components used by Hubbl Process Analytics. Installation is initiated by clicking the Install button, when completed you will receive an email notification.
