Expanding on the initial release capabilities to analyze Opportunity and Case objects, Hubble Process Analytics now supports any object on the Salesforce cloud that has a status field.
Example: In the wizard, select the Work Order object from Field Service Cloud and use Work Order Status as the status field.
Clicking on any segment connector between two process steps brings up information about that segment such as frequency and average time taken. Clicking on the drilldown link provides a deeper analysis showing a frequency distribution of times taken for that process step, the ability to isolate outliers and see the attribute values for those records.
Example: The step between Contract Sent and Contract Signed shows as red with an average time of 3 months. Clicking into the analysis revealed a frequency distribution with 5% of cases taking over 1 year, whereas the median time taken is 3 days. Isolating the outliers showed that all the records taking a year were for a single company where all purchases were held up by M&A activity.
