Segment-Time Insights

This is an automated insight highlighting a variance in time correlated to specific attribute value. Identifies how specific attribute values impact the elapsed time between process steps. 

Example: When the Sales Region is ‘APAC’, the Negotiation stage takes 23% longer than average.

Insights Panel

A display of all insights for a specific view, with the ability to control the number of insights delivered and the sensitivity to the magnitude of observation. Clicking on any insight immediately drills down to the details of the records. 

Business Hours

Where the Salesforce Business Hours object is utilized to specify operating windows for the business process, this feature can be toggled on to deduct non-working hours from any time calculation in the process model

Example: If a warehouse receiving operation works from 8am—8pm, then a package received at 7pm and sent out at 9am will only show an elapsed time of 2 hours.
