New look is available for the Packages dashboard

The Packages dashboard has been upgraded with a clean, new look and improved functionality!

Users can try out the new look by switching on the toggle in their Preferences, which can be found in Account Settings (located under top-right profile photo). Users can switch back at any time.

What’s changed:

1. UI is enhanced and modernized
2. Data visualizations have been improved
3. Data filtering is smooth in both top filters and filtering using widgets
4. Package records calculation is improved. Users may see revised values

The new look will be coming to other dashboards soon and will become automatically available if users have enabled the new look toggle.

New AI-powered insights on the “Packages” dashboard

The new Package Insights component displays packages that may be useful to install in a user’s org. Hubbl machine-learning algorithms identify orgs with similar metadata configurations and org characteristics like industry, to identify packages frequently installed by other Salesforce customers with similarities. The goal is to help you get more out of your Salesforce investments.

To see package insights:

1. Run a new scan 
2. Make sure the new look toggle is enabled under Account preferences.
