A new look is available for the Field utilization Dashboard

The Field Utilization dashboard was updated with a better design and improved functionality.

What’s changed:

  1. UI is enhanced and modernized
  2. Data visualizations have been improved
  3. Data filtering is smooth in both top filters and filtering using widgets
  4. Data accuracy is improved in the “Fields at a Glance” component by including Rollup Summaries fields in our calculations

Multi-org analysis is released

Premium subscribers can now use multi-org analysis to:

  • Track the number and frequency of scans for each org
  • Identify which orgs are actively being monitored through scheduled scans and schedule automated monitoring for others
  • View the last scan date for each org and initiate new scans to see updated results
  • Compare key performance indicators (KPIs) like org health, complexity score, and recommendation counts across your entire portfolio of Salesforce orgs to inform decision-making

We are actively seeking feedback on this Beta feature and plan to make continuous improvements. Please contact our customer success team with any feedback.
