Actionable and transparent Hubbl score

New features

Hubbl Score launch

We’re proud to announce the next-level release of our AI Recommendation Engine - a breakthrough in Salesforce optimization designed to fast-start your Agentforce deployment with unmatched clarity, speed, and measurable impact. Get to Agentforce readiness faster.

The Hubbl Score is the high-level output of our AI recommendation engine that helps users identify, understand, and communicate optimization opportunities within their Salesforce configurations. It rolls up the severity of issues found and the overall quality of changes made to the organization into a relative score that allows users to prioritize remediation efforts, understand where their Salesforce org needs improvement and monitor progress.

What is the difference between the Health score and the new Hubbl score?

  1. Increased transparency by sharing the expected impact to the overall score that can be achieved by addressing each recommendation
  2. Increased clarity with an action plan of the top 3 recommendations to most improve the state and performance of your Salesforce org
  3. High-severity recommendations will have a higher impact than before
  4. Low-severity recommendations will have less impact on the score, as they are calculated exponentially
  5. Increased scalability of the scoring algorithm to provide value on both the smallest and largest orgs

Action Plan in Summary Dashboards

Always know, “What’s next?”. An Action plan has been added to the Summary dashboard. It provides the top 3 recommendations to focus on. Resolving these recommendations will have the greatest impact on the Hubbl score and will improve the overall state of the Salesforce organization.

Enhancements

"Update API Version" Recommendations Divided By Metadata Type

"Update API version" recommendations have been divided by metadata type to improve clarity.

Note: You will see that previous recommendations and their underlying issues are marked as resolved, while new metadata-specific recommendations are highlighted as new on Recommendation/Trend.

Issue Count Added to Recommendation Details

The issue count has been added to the Recommendation Details table, allowing users to see the scope of work at a glance without needing to drill down into each specific recommendation. This information can be found on Recommendation dashboards.

Filtering by Rule Enabled on Custom Code Dashboards

Identify all code violating specific rules. Filtering code issues by rule is now enabled on custom code dashboards. This allows users to find and focus on relevant work items related to custom code fixes.

Improved CSV Export Experience

The CSV export pop-up now clearly indicates when the download is complete and ready to open, improving the user experience.
